Who makes it

AppBits is a one-person studio in Denmark. I'm Illia Veremiev, and I build and run everything myself.

Why Toss exists

Sending a file to the person next to you shouldn't mean putting it in someone's cloud first. Toss sends it straight from one browser to the other, with no account and nothing to install.

How it's paid for

Toss is free and has no ads. It costs little to run, because the files never pass through the servers: they only help two browsers find each other.

AppBits

Toss is the first app from AppBits: small web apps that each do one thing well.
